How To Have Peace
Jesus offers unconditional love (no strings attached).
Romans 5:8 "God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us" (NIV).
God loves you, no matter what you have done in your life.
Jesus provides unchangeable love (forever the same).
John 15:9 "As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love" (NIV).
Jesus' love for you never varies or ceases
Jesus guarantees unconquerable love (always victorious).
Romans 8:37 "In all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us" (NIV).
You can experience Christ's love!
Repent of your sins.
Acts 3:19 "Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out" (NIV).
Repentance is like making a U-turn. You turn from your sin and turn toward God through Jesus.
Trust Jesus to save you.
Ephesians 2:8-9 "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not of yourselves, it is the gift of God--not by works, so that no one can boast" (NIV).
Faith is like trusting an airplane to take you on a trip.
Surrender to Jesus as your Lord.
Romans 10:9 "That if you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord.' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (NIV).
Surrendering to Jesus as Lord means giving Him control of your life. You do what He wants you to do instead of what you want to do.
To repent of your sins, trust Jesus as Savior, and surrender to Him as Lord, pray this prayer:
Dear Lord Jesus, I believe you are the Son of God, and you died on the cross and were raised from the dead. I know I have sinned and need forgiveness. I turn from my sins and receive you as Savior and Lord. Thank you for saving me.
Attend a Bible preaching church and share with the pastor your decision to give your life to Jesus Christ.
